[ METHOD · §03 ]

Evidence-led, human-in-the-loop.

A five-step engagement protocol designed to produce actionable evidence under strict authorization. We replace generic lab reports with reproducible field findings.

01
SCOPE

Define the engagement scope

Mission objectives, in-scope systems, explicit exclusions, success criteria, test windows and escalation paths — approved before any access is requested.

02
AUTHORIZE

Authorize the engagement

Written authorization, rules of engagement, stop conditions and a controlled communication channel. Every action is tied to an approved objective and time window.

03
DEPLOY

Instrument the operating environment

Field hardware, mesh nodes, telemetry, logging and AI test harnesses are prepared in the real operating context — not only in a clean lab.

04
TEST

Execute controlled adversarial cycles

Iterative adversarial testing with human-in-the-loop confirmation, safety stops and evidence capture. We document reproducible behavior, not anecdotes, and stay inside the agreed envelope.

05
EVIDENCE

Deliver the evidence package

Executive summary, technical reproduction notes, risk-ranked findings, hardening recommendations, retest criteria and debriefs for leadership and engineering.

[ OPERATIONAL_CONSTRAINTS ]

Constraints are part of the mission.

  • 01PII minimization and agreed evidence handling
  • 02All testing strictly authorized and scoped
  • 03Human approval for autonomous or safety-relevant actions
  • 04Traceable engagement logs and evidence custody
  • 05No inflated claims · no client name-dropping
  • 06Operator safety supersedes test objectives
